As a former Division I student-athlete and the first female student-athlete to serve on the NCAA Board of Directors, CSC offers the most informed and fresh perspective on the issues facing college students today and the growing areas of opportunity in the name, image and likeness space.
The NCAA student-athlete experience is incredibly complex due to the disparate resources available to student-athletes of different divisions, conferences, institutions, sports, the location of the College or University in the country, the cultural values of the community, and more. It is impossible to create a one-size-fits-all approach for any Athletics Department, company, or prospective college athlete. This is why CSC doesn't offer generalized solutions like other organizations. We work with each client to create an individualized solution to meet their unique needs.
College athletes are people first and foremost. All people hold intersectional identities of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, nationality, and more. At CSC, we are committed to lifelong learning and critical self-reflection to address power-imbalances, and to create inclusive, evidence-based solutions.
College athletics: A pathway to higher education. Finding the right team is just as important as finding the right academic institution that will enable you to become the best version of yourself.
