Keynote address for Ithaca High School winter sport student-athletes, coaches, and their families. Topics addressed include the importance of balance in life, finding your passion, standing up for yourself, and the importance of being bold and authentic.
Morgan Chall wrote and produced this video, with the help of Cornell Athletics and Communication staff, Cornell Health staff, and members of the Cornell Athletics community. This video helped launch the Don't Bear It Alone mental health campaign, the official Cornell Athletics mental health campaign.

The Cornell Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) held its annual Bench Press For a Cure on Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018 including a Spikeball tournament, to raise over $1000 for the Sophie Fund in just 3 hours.
